Villa 302 at Turtle Bay

Great views, clean, perfect location. Would definitely book again.

Great view!

We loved staying at Ocean Villas. The accommodations were wonderful including the unit, the amenities, the pool and the grounds. Our villa had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool, and nothing was lacking. The kitchen supplies were excellent, and allowed us to prepare meals with ease. The one time I contacted Hagen for extra blankets, his response was immediate! High level of service all around. Will be staying there again!

The Villas very proximate to the Resort but separate and easily accessible with assigned parking space close to your Villa. Right next to Roy’s bar/restaurant a real plus. Right infront of the beach shared by resort and general public - but not crowded while we were there. The Villa itself is spacious and well appointed. The Lanai is a generous size, shaded, with best views. Our Villa had a storage locker filled with beach equipment. Kitchen actually quite well appointed although we did not cook.

Location, location, location. Quiet 3rd floor with great ocean views and sounds of the waves. Bed was comfortable. Couch had some tears in the fabric but it was fine to sit on. Outdoor patio was perfect. There was no dishwasher so we had to wash our dishes by hand and that affected how much we cooked, which was a little unfortunate. The washing machine didn't work either but we were accommodated by the onsite maintenance man who let us use another unit. He was very helpful and responded right away to text.

The unit was clean with a view of the cove from the deck.Hearing the sound of gentle waves was calming.

This villa was pristine. The bed was comfy. I was afraid the unit would be a bit small, butThere was plenty of room for the two of us. The bathroom was beautiful, clean and had plenty of towels, including beach towels, and a few toiletries. The kitchen was small, but very functional. It has some very high end appliances to boot! The location of the unit is fantastic! When we arrived, someone was parked in our parking spot. I made a quick call to the phone number provided and the problem was solved very quickly. The best bar and restaurant on the Turtle Bay property (Sunset at Turtle Bay) is located steps away from this unit.
I was pleasantly that there were so many extras available in the unit. There was a pack n play, a baby gate, a high chair, a sippy cup in the kitchen . There was an entire beach locker full of beach gear, including an ice chest, snorkeling gear, 4 chairs and more! The kitchen had some salt snd pepper, a few spices, coffee filters and all the cookware and utensils you’d ever need. I truly felt like someone had leant me their vacation home vs a vacation rental. It has been meticulously maintained. The lanai had very comfortable furniture to have coffee or meals on, and an incredible view on. Before I left home, I printed off the instructions for the unit. It was 9 pages. I never do that, but in this case, there are very detailed instructions and directions to the unit on arrival, and I found it very helpful to get in. I highly recommend Villa 302! You won’t regret staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spent 4 nights celebrating our 40th anniversary. Everything was 'as promised' for our stay. OVV was a pleasure to work with. Villa 302 is a stunning property. It had everything we needed and made our stay an absolute pleasure. The unit was stocked complete, the bed was very comfortable, the ice maker in the sub zero was a bonus and we cant say enough about the location and experience! We will indeed be back again!

Wonderful location next to a beautiful beach and Turtle Bay resort next door. Nice to have a kitchen because there are not many places to eat stock up.

We stayed here as a family with two young kids and it was great! It has an amazing view, easy access to the beach and restaurant, and has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to cook in. They also provide sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkels, etc. They provide all the info you need to have an easy check-in and out. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning views, extra amenities, perfect location on the north shore, fantastic parking, great agents to work with. Stayed for 6 nights end of September 2023. First time to Oahu and we couldn’t have been happier with this condo. Very clean and had everything to make your stay fantastic! Highly recommend!

The room was clean, organized and had the best view! We only needed to request something one time and the product was delivered promptly. I would highly recommend staying here!

we had a great week at this well equipped villa. very well appointed and excellent location.

We stayed in Studio Villa 302 for 2 nights and also stayed 3 nights in 317 which was necessary as we made a last minute type booking.
The Villa's are well appointed with easy access to the pool and beach. The views are amazing !! The Owners/Managers are very accomadating and reponsive. We have rented these Villas on our last 5 or so visits to Oahu and we will continue to do so. Turtle Bay is absolute paradise. It

The ocean villa exceeded our expectations. The views and location can't be beat. The layout, amenities, bedding, towels, etc. are all perfect. We had a few questions and the owner was very responsive and helpful. They did mention a new fridge is on order (but provided to great refrigerators that more than suited our needs).

Very nice place with great amenities.

Woke up to a breathtakingly ocean front view each day. Clean space, nice pool and hot tub although separate from hotel. Nice walking paths and beach front access. Choices to eat at the Restaurants at the hotel or cook and eat out on your personal veranda.

We had a restful stay. We loved the view and north shore location. It was nice being on the 3rd floor for privacy and beautiful view. Villa 302 is quiet as it does not overlook the pool. The only complaint was the bathroom sink was clogged.
The only other comment would be the hideaway bed mattress may be fine for children, but a little uncomfortable for adults after a week of sleeping on it. Overall, a great Aloha vacation! Mahalo!

I highly recommend this condo. It was so nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer. Beautiful view. I would stay here again.

We live about an hour drive away and love coming to stay at this unit in particular. Beautiful views and a relaxing place to get away for the weekend.

Great vacation property on the North Shore of Oahu. Doesn’t get any better.

We had the most amazing stay in this villa. It was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the lanai was breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend booking this place for an unforgettable trip!

Studio Villa 302 is a beautiful place to stay. The condo is well situated in the complex with a wonderful view of the ocean. Friendly staff and fantastic amenities- we can't wait to come back! Thank you to Gina and staff for a memorable vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Villa 302. The view was beautiful, and the condo was very comfortable. It was also nice being next to the cove. Unfortunately, we had to clean the kitchen a little bit when we got there. Also, the refrigerator was out of order, so a mini fridge had been put in our unit. It was very small and made a lot of noise. These problems can be fixed, though, so I highly recommend this villa!

We headed down to Laie to drop off our daughter at school. So why not take the opportunity to chill at the beach for a week also, right?! Working with Vince and Gina was smooth and they always responded to me right away. We loved the location and had a great time. We had a problem with the fridge but by the next day a replacement had been brought in. We love the north shore and Hawaii!! Turtle Bay was beautiful as well.

The property was in an excellent location at the North Shore area, facing the Kuilima Cove part by Turtle Beach. The swimming pool and the Hot tub in the premises were very clean and well maintained and we spent a long time there. This location is great to be away from the city. However, if most of your activities are around Waikiki area or towards south, you will need to plan for the commute. Overall we had a great time.

First and foremost Gina is amazing to work with. So easy and very willing to help us with what ever we needed. This villa was awesome with all the best amenities ans the view is breathtaking. We loved our vacation here and would highly recommend.
