4-Bed Villa 104 at Turtle Bay

Great villa on beautiful property. Everything very clean and as described. Both primary bedrooms were enormous! Walk out was also incredible. Worked perfectly for 4 couples!

I rented this villa for 8 days for my entire family and it was wonderful! Spacious, clean, well maintained (although refrig broke down, they brought us a new one same day!), responsive staff, excellent location. Perfect for an entire family! Lots of activities available through adjoining Ritz hotel and Roy's restaurant right next door is the BEST!

I stayed at the Villa with my husband, kids and in-laws and just loved it. It was so wonderful to be able to walk right out the back door onto the beach. We also loved having the beach equipment and pool available. We hope to be back soon.

This was a clean, spacious condo that comfortably housed our party of 8. The lanai on the ground level walks out to the beach.

We rented a ground floor four bedroom unit. The gated parking was handy and easily accessed. The unit we stayed in had four bedrooms, three full baths, and one restroom. All rooms were modern and well furnished, were very clean, and were well supplied with essentials. We had east access thru a sliding door to the Villa common area and easy gated access to the private pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, clean, and well furnished. The common area walkways led to gated access to a stunning beach and ocean breakers. Everyone enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. We dined at the Beach House and at the Turtle Bay resort pool/beach area, and enjoyed great food! Overall, we recommend staying at OceanFront Villas over Honolulu and even the Turtle Bay Resort. Access to surfing, Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea Life Park, Bonzai Beach, shrimp trucks, surf shops, and more made the stay a great time! P.S. This was an especially comfortable unit with two fully independent master suites and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. Well equipped kitchen - all of the essentials. Plenty of utensils and dishware. The general property BBQs are definitely well beyond their best before date. Kimberley was always reachable and very professional in her approach/responses. Highly recommend her in her role.

Renting the Villa was seamless and coujd not have gone smoother. It was stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys with everything we needed. Loved the fire dancers every night at sunset over at the sunset bar. Just a fantastic trip!

Our family of 7 vacationed at Turtle Bay fpr a week. The Villa #104 was perfect in every way. It was clean and well appointed. The property was beautiful and the facilities ;were well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised at every aspect of our stay.

It was excellent. The five adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool and beach right outside our door. The property description was completely accurate. The layout was great for our family. I would definitely recommend this 4-bedroom villa!

For a family, staying in the Turtle Bay Ocean Villa was the perfect way to spend time together. The Villa has wonderful amenities and was in great condition. The location was unbeatable, hands down.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Bay. My wife and I stayed in the hotel, while our son and daughter and their families stayed in the Villa, which served as a base for all 10 of us.

Experience was even more than we anticipated! Our villa(s) was preferred by all ages in our large group - even over the two resort hotels we stayed at before and after the villas. We will DEFINITELY be return guests. Communication with all the rental agents was awesome. We can't thank you all enough for a remarkable experience.

We took our kids and grandkids, 10 of us total, perfect location, close to the beach and pool with a nice grass area for the little ones. The place was fully equipped and nicely maintained and appointed. You can walk to several nice restaurants on the property.

Villa 104 is just gorgeous. The unit itself is beautiful. Furniture pretty and comfortable! Fabulous, fully stocked kitchen. Opens up to a beautiful grassy area AND has ocean views. Close proximity to the hotel and delicious Roy's Restaurant. I would give it 100 stars if I could!

Our stay at Turtle Bay in Villa 104 surpassed our expectations. We traveled to this North Shore gem for 8 days in late Feb.with our family of 10., (8 adults and two children). The villa was perfect.The community living spaces ( kitchen, dining and living areas ) were much more spacious than the photos might have suggested. The convenience of the pool, green space and approachable beach right out the door was awesome. BBQ's on site worked out really well for a few dinners at home. Loved walking right from the condo for daily exercise. There is a surfing beach for those qualified for the bigger winter surf located just in front of the nearby Turtle Bay Resort Hotel.Because we had a variety of flight arrivals and departures, as well as different activity interests amongst the group, we "SPLURGED" for 3 rental cars. This seemed key for the success of our family vacation...allowing groups to come and go for the daily hikes, surfing and meeting up for exploring other beaches/meeting up for lunches etc each day. Gina, Lea and Kimberly were extremely responsive to questions we sent their way. Truly worth every penny! One of our best family vacations ever. You'll love it!

This villa was outstanding! Had everything we needed for our stay, was easy accessible for mobility scooter and walker. Parking spot close to front door and super easy access to the beach/pool/restaurants etc. Staff/management quick to answer questions. Snorkeling right outside the door never disappointed !! Location was great for all the wonderful places to explore on the north shore. It was nice to be away from the busyness of the city. Close to great eats like the food trucks, Ted’s bakery and grocery store. We loved our time there and were sad to leave.

Very easy stay. Loved that it had 4 bedrooms. Arrival instructions were very clear. Excellent views out the back patio. Beach area is nice but has a lot of small coral and rocks always present. The restaurants at Tiurtle Bay Resort next store are ridiculously expensive but there are plenty of food trucks within just a few minutes drive. About our only suggestion is that the living room furniture is not very comfortable and is showing it’s she, as are the area rugs. Overall it was a good place for our group to stay.

We were there for four days for a wedding. We were 8 adults and a 2.5 yr old and 6 month old.
There were two master suites and two regular bedrooms. The master suite was able to accommodate a crib we had rented(outside baby delivery company)in the closet. The baby was able to sleep next to the parents in the Pack-In-Play provided by the condo. One of the hinges in the kitchen was broken but that wasn't a big problem as they offered to come and fix it. The dryer was broken but we didn't realize this until the night before we were going to leave, as we hadn't used it! We told housekeeping about it.
The unit was a nice layout and the patio area and direct access to the lawn and beach was awesome.

The pictures are exactly a true representation of the villa layout, location and furnishings. It was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen bowls etc. The villa location close to the pool and beach makes it an ideal stay with children and the spaciousness within the villa itself was terrific. We loved the large kitchen, large bedrooms and large ensuites. Having a high chair and pack and play in the villa were terrific. The beach locker was well stocked with beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys for the kids, snorkel sets and pool noodles. All in all Gina thankyou for a wonderful stay with our family in Villa 104. We have fabulous memories which we'll cherish forever.

Our family had a blast here. Everything was so close and we truly enjoyed the north shore. The location of this place was ideal especially with three kids who were able to go back to the our place to take a nap or have a bite to eat after playing in the sand, the beach, and even after the pool. Roy’s is also wishing a 1 minute walking distance and it’s right next to the newly remodeled turtle beach. The host let us check in early which was nice. It was kid friendly as well, had extra pack and plays, high chairs, bath Tub for babies, etc. The only negative thing we had to say about this place was that we had to reset the AC unit once or twice and the dishwasher was not working. Overall a great experience.

The unit is in perfect spot for access to the beach and the pool and access if you want to Turtle Bay Resort! We even had a visit from the resident peacock everyday! The view was just beautiful and we enjoyed the island breezes too! You are not to far from food store for provisions and some fun day trips! We had a wonderful stay esp. our 20 month Grandson who loved running around outside...perfect on ground floor!

Wonderful family vacation! This is the perfect villa to enjoy Hawaii. Steps from the sand and ocean, snorkeling right off the beach. The villa is very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a large group.

Our experience was awesome. The Villa was very clean and organized. The view was terrific. I would advise anyone who stays here, to spend a few days at the beach, which is about 40 yards away, but within eyesight. There is a grocery store 10 minutes away, so if you want to cook breakfast and make sandwiches for the day, it's very convenient.

We would highly recommend this Oceanfront Villa! It was perfect for our family and look forward to our next visit. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay and the location was close to all of our favorite places on the North Shore. The Villa was beautiful and steps away from the beach and the pool. The beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. were just what we needed. The Villa and property were immaculate and well maintained.

The perfect family vacation location and accommodations. We originally booked Villa 104 for a March 2020 stay but had to postpone for two years ... Gina and crew were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Arrival instructions email was spot on, but I believe this will eventually be replaced by their new web portal and mobile app.

Property was exactly as described. Beach, swimming pool and BBQ are all just a hop, skip, and jump off the front patio. Our group made good use of all of them and the items in the beach locker were put to good use. Note that there are two air conditioning units in the Villa which is nice. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary gadgets and amenities.

Highly recommended restaurants include Maya's Tapas and Wine in Haleiwa and the Beach House by Roy at the resort. The Toa Luau in Waimea Valley was also a great experience. Matsumoto Shave Ice is also a must for the kids.

Villa 104 is situated in a perfect ground floor location with beach and ocean views. We had 9 adults and one 7 year old and everyone was very comfortable. Everything was as advertised on the website. We love the north shore of Oahu so this in the perfect location for a home base.

From the beginning management was very helpful. Upon arrival the condo was immaculate and well stocked with supplies. Location fabulous adjacent to the beach with great views and sounds of the ocean. 'condo worked perfect for our family of 7. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

We had a wonderful view until the wedding tents went up and could no longer see the ocean. They went down after 3 days. We rented two of these condos and stayed at one for 10 nights the other for 7 nights. It was nice being near the hotel. The pool was fun too. We enjoyed Roy's, adjacent to the condo, for a family dinner for 12. We enjoyed watching our Grandson surf the big North Shore Waves. It was close enough to Hawaii Pacific University for visiting. We loved the Polynesian Culture Center VIP treatment. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We had a memorable Family Thanksgiving Vacation at Turtle Bay Villas.

The property management will send you information prior to arrival so you know the expectations and where to find everything. I will definitely recommend this villa.

Villa 104 is a great lay out. We had 8 guests and never felt crowded. There is plenty of everything. We had several elderly guests and the lania area was perfect for all their needs, some agile enough to swim in the ocean and others able to take daily walks on the property. Gina was very responsive to any requests.

The owner was great to work with and provided a ton of useful information about the area. The unit was well-kept and greatly stocked for our use with 2 families. Highly recommend!

It was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We loved this unit and it was perfect for our family! With the beach and pool both within steps from the unit, the kids could go whatever direction they wanted with their friends and they were easy to find! The unit was large, clean and the owners/manager were great at getting us set up for a perfect stay with all the info we would need before our arrival. The unit is great for sharing with another family as the bedrooms are big and separated from each other. The unit also has an end parking spot, is near the spot for easy unloading and is on the ground floor to run right out to the beach!

Very well equipped rental in a private and secured setting. Ground floor convenient for steps away from beach, pool, and BBQ access. With so few units in the complex, always quiet and never crowded. Pics of unit true to description.

We had a great time staying at this (better than resort) 4 bedroom, 3 bath, clean, and best located ground floor unit for beach access. The comfortably furnished, air conditioned, living room was perfect for relaxing with family or just gazing out the glass sliding doors to view the garden and tiki torches. The kitchen had everything we could ask for plus some ideas for home. Be careful of the steps down to the master bedrooms, especially if you’re not accustomed to stepping down went entering a bedroom or if the room is not lighted. Enjoy the soaking tub.

It worked out beautifully. The grounds were well kept. The villas were stocked with everything we needed.

This place is perfect for families who love paradise (who doesn't) and don't want to haul gear up and down stairs. The beach and pool are steps away and ownership is responsive and very explicit in their contract (i.e. AC was down which they stated was a 10% nightly rate refund). We swam over turtles, snorkeled at sunset and recharged. Thank you villas by Gina!

I have rented from this company 3 times, and keep coming back. Everything is handled well - from booking through execution. This villa has two kings bedrooms with en suite baths, so perfect for a traveling couple. There are two extra bedrooms for those with kids or even another couple or two. The location cannot be beat - ground floor, and walk to the pool, beach, bar, restaurants. Easy in and out with luggage.

This is our first time renting from Gina. All I can say is that we had an amazing time! Everything from the villa, to the grounds, to the activities, was first-class. The villa is exquisite, and we lacked nothing. I would recommend this place without thinking twice. In fact, on the way to the airport, we were thinking about when we would plan our next trip and wouldn't think about any other location outside of this one - thanks for a fantastic family vacation!

Family of eight, ages 5 to 64, stayed in Villa 104 for five nights at the end of July. Accommodations were very comfortable for our family. Location good for activities on and off the resort. Loved the North Shore!

Perfect spot for a family reunion with the kids and grandkids. Nice grass play area right outside the door, the beach close by on the left, the pool on the right. The Villa was comfortable of all 8 adults and the two toddlers and the management was very responsive to the few requests that we made.

We love staying here. Generally we stay in the smaller unit #105 but we brought our family with us this year and stayed in 104. We loved that we all had our own space, it was clean and had everything you needed. A lovely property!

This was a perfect fit for our family. Parents, nanny, very very old grandparents and 2 kiddos. It was near the beach, the pool and Roy’s. We have rented before they had strict riles, so we weren’t allowed to use the hotel pools. This worked out well as the one pool made it very relaxing for us parents. They also let us use the golf carts for transportation to the restaurants, as the grandparents are in their 90’s and aren’t very mobile. We made sure to tip them well each time! Having a bedroom for the grandparents was key, as they couldn’t really enjoy the beach or pool but we had happy hour and played games every night! We love how low key and casual this place was. We had great meals out, horseback riding, went on the helicopter and the snorkeling was awesome. Great family vacation and we’ll be coming back! Beds were comfy, kitchen lacked some utensils but otherwise clean and perfect location!
